About Auberge La Cache

La Cache is a word borrowed from the hunters and trappers of the region meaning "food reserve located in a precise place used for resting, eating and also for the surveillance of the game". Built in 1972 by the Landry family, native of the village. Mr. Jacques Landry operated the establishment with his wife and two sons for several years.

Today the Inn is celebrating its 50th anniversary.

In the beginning, the inn housed a tavern, a dance hall and a dining room renowned for its game menus, much to the delight of locals and visitors.

In 1996, the inn passed into the hands of his brother, Mr. Gérald Landry, and underwent its first transformation. The bars disappeared to make room for more rooms.

In 2015, Mr. Richard Beaudry joined the company to proceed with a complete renovation of the inn. He is proud to welcome you in our beautiful region.
